Sourcing materials, getting supplies to the job site, even finding skilled labor can be challenging when building in remote locations.

Warrior Group has successfully used the PMC method of building to overcome these issues. With PMC (permanent modular construction) the number of building material deliveries to the job site is dramatically reduced. Using PMC, the modules are built at the pre-fabrication site by highly skilled and well trained workers and shipped to the job-site 80% - 90% complete (including mill work, paint, flooring, etc.), greatly reducing the amount of labor required on the job site.
