In partnership with The Beck Group, Warrior Group was responsible for providing preconstruction and construction services as the manager-at-risk for The University of North Texas, Dallas Campus.

The new 3-story building is designed to accommodate current and future enrollment and staff. The building houses lecture rooms, classrooms, a library, laboratories and multi-purpose rooms. The building and design allowed for both formal and intimate gathering spaces and integrates natural and sustainable systems.

This new building supports campus life and promotes a sense of community.
