Warrior Group provided design-build services for an approximately 11,800 sf, 16 module, permanent modular building. The child development facility accommodates up to 118 children and required staff and included associated outdoor activity areas and master site design for additional parking spaces and connections to and facilitation with an existing facility.

The objective of the customer was to create an aesthetically pleasing addition to an existing CDC on base that would disguise the less attractive existing structure. This approach maximizes the use of existing play equipment and the addition of state of the art play equipment completes the outside learning areas.

Through innovative design build practices, Warrior Group's team designed a building solution that surrounds the existing building and provides an enriched and secure learning environment.
