Fort Bliss UEPH

The Fort Bliss Unaccompanied Enlisted Personnel Housing (UEPH) project encompassed thirty-four (34), 2-story buildings with 1,548 modules totaling approximately 1,545,300 square feet. Warrior Group provided design-assistance, quality control and project management for manufacturing, delivery, installation and interior finish of the apartment residences using permanent modular construction.

The residences include private sleeping rooms, a shared kitchen and bath for two soldiers.

Air barrier testing showed that the buildings exceeded the USACE requirement of 0.25 cfm/sf by 63%

Due to the size of the projects, Warrior Group brought two manufacturers on-line. It took an enormous amount of coordination in design detail, procurement and installation to make the modules identical between the two manufacturers.
