Warrior Group is a leader in Permanent Modular Construction (PMC) and has delivered more than four million square feet of PMC-constructed spaces in the last four years; more than any other general contractor in the country. We have built several PMC-based, LEED® Silver/Gold compliant/certified projects and are currently managing the largest PMC-based construction project in America at Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio, Texas.

Our experience enables us to:

Consult with the project architect to create a design that maximizes the benefits of PMC while delivering functionality and design aesthetic

Provide preconstruction services for both the site-build and PMC components

Manage the selection of a manufacturing site and back-up locations as appropriate

Create bid packages and coordinate scope between the manufacturing site and the site subcontractors, avoiding scope holes and/or scope overlap

Put the appropriate quality control in place at both the manufacturing site and the job site

Manage the site preparation, installation of modules, tie-in of MEP systems and the exterior and interior finish out of the building
