Warrior will host the 3rd annual Warrior Small Business Academy in the Fall of 2012. Registration for the program will open in August, 2012.

This evaluation will be included as part of the process used to select participants for the 2012 Warrior Small Business Academy. This information will assist the program committee in selecting participants.

Preparing Small Businesses to Succeed
The program offers small businesses practical, real-world information that business owners can use to grow their companies. Each year, successful business professionals from Warrior Group and other companies provide tips, tools and techniques that help participants develop effective practices and avoid common mistakes.
The Warrior Small Business Academy helps the participants to:

Discover the steps to building capacity, including bonding, insurance and staffing

Understand how to secure contracts with federal, state and local agencies

Gain the knowledge to efficiently estimate and bid projects

Set themselves up to perform with excellence once a contract is awarded

Learn how to effectively market their business

Understand the importance of networking for potential partnerships

Understand risk management, contracts and accounting.
Warrior Small Business Academy provides an educational foundation to owners of small companies in a convenient schedule that allows participants to attend sessions once a week outside of business hours.
